Girl Scouts Self-Defense & Safety (Private group)

Girl Scouts Self-Defense & Personal Safety – 3-Class Training Series

We are pleased to offer a customized, progressive self-defense training series designed specifically for Girl Scouts. This program blends practical skill development with education, awareness, and confidence-building in a supportive and structured environment.

Rooted in the principles of awareness, preparedness, and personal responsibility, this three-class series is designed to empower participants with tools they can carry beyond the training floor.

Program Philosophy & Approach

At JTR Jujutsu International, we emphasize that effective self-defense is not based on strength alone, but on awareness, decision-making, and the ability to respond under pressure.

This program utilizes:

  • Progressive skill development (building from foundational to applied skills)
  • Interactive drills and pad work to develop coordination and confidence
  • Scenario-based training to reinforce real-world application
  • Instructor-guided coaching focused on timing, positioning, and control

Outcomes are measured not only by technical ability, but by increased engagement, confidence, situational awareness, and the ability to make safe, informed decisions.
